Miners Brighten earnings gloom
"While the near-term outlook is strong for miners, support industries are likely to see a more mixed bag, according to RBS Morgan's senior industrial analyst Tamara Stretch.
?ther than companies leveraged to drilling activity, I cannot see significant upward earning surprises to FY11 forecasts in the engineering and construction secotr" she said
and
"The companies that I would be holding heading into the reporting period would be Monadelphous, Mermaid Marine, Cambell Brothers, BOART LONGYEAR and Imdex"
