    RNY is almost beginning to look terminal.

    Struggling to maintain rental occupancy. A seller of 2.66 million at 10 cents. Realistically about 600k wanted, a depressed share market, very low and intermittent volume, and no dividend in the foreseeable future.

    Does'nt look good anytime soon.

    It pains me to say this, but its hard to be optimistic on this one.
