"Bernie, ignore what H is saying...

Just put the shares in your bottom drawer and forget about them and concentrate on things that you can affect in your life.

MAE will either go under or come through this and you may get some of your cash back.... Doing what H says will only give you one of those options.... Yes you get the tax loss now but you will get it next year as well if MAE goes under.... But sell your shares and MAE comes back you don't get anything."

Well that comment probabably goes down as one of the most stupid things to do ever.

    1. If the company is deregistered you will not be able to claim a tax loss.. Maybe go read about Pasminco. Had a market cap of over 1 Billion, investors lost the lot when it became Zinifex. Zinifex went on to become Oz Minerals.
So if you want to claim a tax loss now is a very good time.
Depending on your marginal tax rate you will be able to get back nearly half of your money.

    2. There is a strategy that you can use that will allow you to keep your MAE shares AND CLAIM THE TAX LOSS.
You need to sell your shares and buy the back again!
So start getting together, and start selling your shares to each other.

Get professional advise, get it now, and it could save you nearly 50% of what you have lost, with no downside.

Yes MAE must submit a prospectus to the Utah Division of Oil and Gas to prove its financial viability. That prospectus is already late!

The Bank is owed significant amounts of money, and you would be naive to think that they have stopped charging their high rates of interest.

Get professional advice. Get it now. There is no downside for you if you do it right, and you can keep your precious MAE shares if you choose.

Ignoring me now could be the difference between losing it all or losing half with possible upside. Your choice.
