Rameez - The company is excellent and appears to be being run well, as long as there are not sudden writedowns of the purchased businesses for x and y.

I'm just saying that the unexplained throwaway of shareholders equity with the 10% or more underpriced institutional placement makes them a dangerous co to invest in long term. I'm not willing to hold longer term them for better or worse. They got away with it without any fuss or explanations - I'm amazed - free licence for next time - it will probably be bigger . . .etc.

Plenty of other companies without the "mystery".
