Firstly I cannot speak for Andrew Price but I suspect he might accept given it would put him in nearly the same position as if he had won. Afer all he would given a clear hand (essential) and would have major shareholder support.

Boon and the rest of the Board would be there just to see that he does not go off the rails.

Given the problems at PPX I think they need a clean break with an outsider like Andrew Price.

I see the sumbling block the current Board and their possible loyalty to Toby Marchant.
