Holders/watchers of TMS what is your take on current price of TMS and the restructure? I really see it as positive news and despite the rights issue at 2.5 cents I am surprised the stock has fallen the extent it has since the announcement. At the end of the day the company should now survive but obviously many in the market think it is over-dilutive. I would have thought this is preferable to receivership and dilution is the price shareholders must pay for a bailout.
Anyway, I picked more up yesterday around 4.2c.
Would appreciate opinions, esp those who have been following closely eg Grant, Alpha, Arthur, etc.
