Uncertainty of the capital raising is putting a cap on the SP: why buy at 0.013 if you can get them for .010?

As I figure it there's about 20m shares available for the equity raising, that's $200k at .010. With about 800 shareholders, if about a quarter took up the offer you'd get about a thousand dollars’ worth.

The EGM required to refresh the company’s shares available for placement is, according the 3B statement, to be held late October. The EGM in Oct will clear the way for selling $2m to Socius, or someone else, when we have need for more cash – hopefully at a higher price than now.

Will there, or won’t there, be an equity raising in the next few weeks; what the chance of underwriters being found and what’s left after they take their cut?

There might be an opportunity for us after the EGM when there’s a bit more excitement with drilling underway. The equity raising might have got postponed when Directors did not participate in the placement.

This SP is going nowhere until Torey clears the air. Some good operational news and the delay or cancellation of the equity raising will see the SP soar.
