I think the idea of an equity raising is to allow shareholders to buy enough to avoid dilution from the placement. Generally this would be on the same terms as the placement, ie at one cent with the 1:2 four cent options. EHR are not in the habit of having equity raisings. I think the offer of an equity raising was appeasement for the SP slump and a sweetener to get approval for the directors shares (which was subsequently unnecessary).

Personally, I don't see the value to the company of a shareholder equity raising at this time.
