Great post re "watch this space" re your reply to Shoonchin

However I am intrigued as to where the cash on hand figure of $3.03m (October ) came from. According to the Quarterly Cash Flow statement for Q/E 30th September 2013 cash on hand was around $1.76m.

According to Dr Collier (he mentioned the company's cash position during one of his interviews) the company has enough cash to last to the end of the INV102 (COPD) and INV103 (Lupus) trials so hopefully no Capital Raising in the short term will not be required.

So where to now???

i) Receipt of $1.46m re the R&D Rebate

ii) Favourable Court ruling against the ex CBIO directors

iii)Favourable results obtained from the Lupus & COPD Phase
11 trials

iv) Negotiations with a Multi International Pharma re
INV103(lupus) with a $'000m upfront payment plus
milestone payments, plus double digit royalties.

v) Part of the upfront payment of the Lupus Deal to fund
the continued trials and in house commercialisation of
INV002 and or INV004 utilising Dr Mitchell Glass’s
expertise.

vi) Value of Invion Shares if i) to iv) are achieved – who
knows???? - maybe double digit $$'s!!!!! – here’s
hoping.
