I reckon if I was a shareholder in pharma that decided to launch a T/O for Prima in its present state,I would be raising my eyebrows at least,but probably asking more serious questions of the T/O companies strategy.
Admittedly the cash on hand is tempting but at this stage nothing else is, apart from the SP.There is no doubt if it comes good, (personally I have no doubt it will,but then again who am I) it will have seemed like a masterstroke.
Partnerships yes,T/O's no for me.
