With FNP's takeover off the agenda , FNP comments would indicate they are more likely sellers of A2m not buyers . A share issue would only proceed at steep discount. A2M are years away from turning a profit and paying a dividend.
Both Fonterra and Murray - Goulburn are indicating that farm gate prices for milk will decline sooner rather than later , this will impact A2M and the sales of their manufactured products with the exception of drinking milk.
If you have 'mates' in NZ that are dairy farmers ask them about the dairy market .
