"Somebody is buying a lot of stock"...

Interesting that on the 16th of Feb the number of ADRs shorted on the NASDAQ increased. Same time warrants were sold down 40% on higher than average volume. Perhaps to fund new stock purchases? And now just over a week later over 6% of the stock has changed hands.

Looks like someone was well prepared for this move in advance, or was perhaps even involved in the decision?

Will we see a new substantial holder notice from Sabby?
