re: on its merry way to 18.00 Agent 001
I liked your post.
I take a medium to long term outlook for companys like CBH/Zinifex..1 to 3 years
How do we know where resistance points are, for Example the $17 for ZFX just recently?
How can you see this when the stock is rising?
I just dont understand how it works, i have a decent holding of CBH, 200,000 shares.
I have always said that if CBH has a good powerful run, that i should be prepared to sell 50,000 shares and hopefully by in on a retrace.
Well this just happened this week. CBH breifly touched 85c and looked like it was a horse bolting out of the paddock, at that point in time your thinking, jesus christ this thing is going to 90c and you dont sell.
Well as history showed this week, after breifly touching 85c a few days latter, even with a strong Zinc price of about $2.07 LB, low and behold, CBH breifly retraced back to 73c. Unreal i think to myself.
Anyway, i deffinately do not have the skills to try and hone in on these breif corrections and therefore just watch them come and go....Everysingle time...lol...
I have a longer term hold on CBH and will consider reducing some exposure at the $1 level, This will depend on the price of Zinc at the time. If zinc is $3 LB i will continue to hold.
I will probably hold a certain amount of my CBH holding until they reach the 300,000 T production goal in 2010.
If you at the best of companys, all of the charts will show very powerfull runs floowed by retraces. Its these retraces if you can time them rite, you would be an extremely wealthy man....
Any thoughts and theorys on picking the highs would be apreciated.
Cheers
