Citi has been a savage critic of TLS.Citi is the fourth largest share holder ,662334314 shares.HCBC is the largest1869587702.Citi has a sell rating target 3.10.Conversely Morningstar has a buy 4.6.Just a thought,if Citi wanted to lift it's holdings what better way of doing it than scaring the cattle.If it is it seems to have worked.
