Well, its not as bad as Kodak's position. Telstra is an Internet technology company at a time when Internet technology is developing rapidly. Telstra won't die like Kodak, but they will probably stagnate and lose market share because they aren't as agile or innovative as the other telcos.
It's very frustrating to be a Telstra holder and they are by far my worst performing stock. But I shouldn't completely write them off. 3-4 years from now they might have new leadership and be pushing forward with some great new technologies.
