...unless the Co can get ML and bond raising completed in the next month they will be at the mercy of Patersons, or whoever, to CR if there still is any uncertainty here.
In this scenario this Co may well be stuck in a very difficult negotiating position to CR....those 'unwarranted' bod salary increases last year may Co then come back and bite this Co hard in the backside imo...
