In this scenario this Co may well be stuck in a very difficult negotiating position to CR....those 'unwarranted' bod salary increases last year may Co then come back and bite this Co hard in the backside imo...
Have to agree with you on this one, Pel, another capital raise would not be good news and the sp would take another hit!
The BOD certainly are well paid and time has moved slowly with VRC. But once the 2 mining licences are officially granted, VRC needs to quickly move heaven and earth to get the $40m funding in place. In partnership with Exotix, they've had almost 12 months to track down some prospective investors!
Hopefully they can get this completed before another capital raise is required, but I really don't think that they will get it done in time!
Another cr is looming, another hit to the sp, and more unhappy investors!
