Surely bods have been not idle playing solitaire in the office bored waiting for the mining licence... I'm confident that as soon as mining licence is granted same day bond issue will be put in play... if not I will be very disappointed. My expectation is within even same announcement as mining licence the bond issue has been issued by exotix. Atm this should all be written up and approved just a technical mining licence needed to be formally available for investors to throw money at... ie the 40m already has a list if buyers they just cannot buy till mining lic...
