So they think it is unreasonable to discount the project because there is a chance it won't proceed? Wow.
Their valuation of the project in $/bbl is perhaps the silliest thing I have ever seen.
They consider sunk costs in their valuation model? Why?
They have offered no numbers on project funding and discount rates for SNE.
All up: whoever wrote this doesn't know what they are doing. Maybe this company is cheap. But that isn't the way to justify that opinion.
