I'm quite sure Petronas wasn't led by the nose on this venture Cujo , they have a market cap of approx 140 billion $. They were prepared to pay up to $48 million to have a look, I believe if you were the one paying the bills you would certainly be diligent in checking out the intel before allowing it to proceed.
