concern is Mohl may still not habve told us everything - eg he didnt tell us about the May 2003 approach to buy and 10 minutes before announcing the NAB 5.4% stake he announced he had no idea who was doing the buying. He could at least have told us then about the May proposal.
So if we werent told everything then how can we be sure there are other untold factors that may affect the price.
