There has been some quite consistent buying over the past few weeks. A look at the charts on an hourly basis it appears there is a regular buyer that has been active every day. A small surge at the end of each day could indicate a VWAP order that needs a few more shares right at the end of the day to get filled.
We know ABP have picked up a few shares recently. And now it's only 15% below where two of the previous bidders had placed their offer ($2.20).
Public Storage, PSA on the NYSE, have been caught up in the recent surge and are now not far off where they were when the bid came in.
I can see the SPP being well oversubscribed given the current level for anyone hoping for a big allotment.
