Things will work out. Under the Mining Act WA the sec 31 is about access. The mineral rights belong to the state which gets a royalty if mined. The problem is over access and this will be resolved by the Native Title Tribunal.
Reward has pegged the tenements so they are ok. The Aboriginals should come to the party soon. The prescribed period end on 31 March and then mediation begins if both parties still cant agree
