real property has crashed, credit is very tight and deleveraging has not yet run its course.
uncertainty and the expectation of greater inflation is causing investors to hedge by buying commodities.
cmr has a great mix of commoditied all currently either in favour or eg uranium getting traction. once the resource upgrade happens as expected then there could be an upswing.
but there will come a time when money is sooo tight and scarce that even commodities stocks will get smacked. that is why cmr was sold down by an american hedge fund from 6 to where it is now.
on a buffet time frame cmr has potential to be a stellar performer given that cobalt has a great deal of application in hybrids.
i am no expert but thats what i think!
