They are, but they don't seem to be able to stack it together, to break out of road works.
Granted, they have some managed services work in the utilities industry (ie: gas, water and electricity), but even here, it seems largely to be in the field maintenance /support areas.
Up against the main businesses of LEI, or DOW, they do not have exposure either to major civil works (ie: non-roads), or to major construction initiatives (ie: in the mining, extraction or refining industries).
The query, therefore, is where the growth impetus for ABG will come from. From where I sit, I can't see much else for ABG outside of roadworks, for the time being.
