ARI has broken out from its down trend on the weekly chart. I'm feeling a final push to $1.00 is on the cards, then it needs to go back and consolidate and test this latest move.

Its been paying a reasonable Dividend as well as it has been in TO offer talks...stock held for $1.00 then out for a chance for lower entry to hold for next Dividend.

Oh and the IO price continues to improve! Helping ARI a lot
