Sure, there will always be some profit taking. But I reckon the week's action will be driven by announcement content (if anything appears next week) - and anything from Hanlong.
There's another thread discussing what ore price will be used (http://hotcopper.com.au/post_threadview.asp?fid=1&tid=1420002&msgno=6516718#6516718). There's some good info there. IMHO buyers will do their own calcs with whatever figure/s they choose.
But costs are a different kettle. I'll be very pleased if they remain close to previous estimates. Short at your peril if that's the case.
The market appears to view our new shareholder as holding strategic advantage in selling to China. I'm not expecting them to make any public reaction to any SDL announcements. But even general commentary suggesting synergies in infrastructure costs, or processing agreements, or multi-year sales... that will amplify any uptrend.
