I think it will run again once the details/confirmations of the UK deals come to light...

What are the market estimates for the UK deal, and what impacts will it have to the debt position of the company?

So what will its new position be following such transaction?
Debt vs Equity, EPS, Market Cap (now price) etc...

With retail/finance getting hammered I think this could hold up on the basis that if the economic downturn drags out it be one of the few stocks that can maintain a regular income stream..
