If your new to Forex open a demo account with a broker, i use fxpro.com.au i use there Ctrader platform as its an ECN platform. there is a few brokers another one is forex.com.
if you open a demo account trade it like its real money just start off with $1 pips.
If you can't now you will have to learn to read charts.
