IMOP electronic is the safest way, or attend the meeting yourself and vote there in person. I really hope the SH who have never voted before knew how to vote correctly. I/We took down the BOD of a shonky board a few year back, a lot of the SH who had never cast a vote before got pretty confused with the "appoint a proxy" option etc.
It really should have been spelt out better in the letter attached to SH, from John Zadeh, that was posted at the back of the Notice of Meeting document. That said well done and great effort by the team, I orchestrated something similar awhile back and it takes a lot of time, effort and energy. Not to mention the flak you cop from all angles!!!!
