Well Good Morning!

Watching price as we came into the close of the XJO cash session last night, I couldn't help noticing we were getting strong dovergence on the 10 Minute chart...



The circled elipses on price and on the MACD moving averages show the kinda stuff I look for.

I must confess i didn't beleive my signals so did not go long where I should have...

Silly boy.

but it is gratifying to know this stuff is still working... and all I need now is patience... Anyone got some of that for sale?

Referrring back to the chart.. the REGION between the two red dotted horizontal lines is a potential target area so 20 to 30 points up from future's close price.

I do note however, that the 5 minute chart is currently hinting at a turn on that lower timespan...



Stochastic divergence and Potentialy MACD Moving Average divergence (still to get the signal line to turn down) suggest we could bop down 20 odd points from futures close as well...

will be interesting to see which of these targets is met and in which order if they are both met... My general policy is to observe the higher timespan and take signals from that for trading the lower...
