based on a speculative assumption that there will be no more/reduced milling at GS in 12 months time.

I will factor that into my decision making with the appropriate risk weighting.

I actually hope they fix up the old cre mill regardless of mill capacity at GS. What is the cost arond 10-12 mil.

If they do go about it, how they pay for it is a management decision. Would like it if theyt could pay for it themselves but if they cap raise they cap raise.
