I think everyone is correct in saying that the SP will get a welocmed boost on 100% takeover and in turn Stone would benefit. Its a no brainer for Stone !
The other benefits are:
1. Reduced administration costs and reporting costs (less Directors, Finance staff, MD etc etc )
2. The big one is the ability to use CRE losses which are approx $60 million tax benefit (ie 1.4c inshare value alone)
