Aspen, not as far as I am aware.
As far as I am aware, they hold options, exercisable at 35c.
*IF* they are sure SP will be > 35c by date of expiry.... then they make the same profit if they exercise them now or wait till the SP is north of 35c then exercise them.
The benefit of waiting the extra month is the risk that the SP may be below 35c. However, it would be nice for the company to show some faith in itself.
