?....can't think of any "political" risk either...it is not like our gov or any other will ban our cupboards...it may be that gov support is miniscul (nearly non existence in auss) but plenty of political support elsewhere...and utilities will come around sooner rather then later - they dragging their feet (it is very painful for them to change the way they are doing business atm) but they have not much choice...
