JJ5 - I have watched and traded this stock from 40c to >$7 (and seen it go above $10). There will always be variation but the facts are that the world needs Nuclear Energy and PDN has a pretty good representation and portfolio in this space. With the clean energy hungry demands of the mature world and the new world (China, India, etc.) I feel long term value in this stock.
FWIW - there will always be variations of +/- 20% sometimes in quick timeframe but IMO it is via shorters and manipulators of the market and not true market forces and environment. My prediction is PDN will be >$2.50 by years end but will be gobbled up prior to it hitting previously reached heights.
