from what i've noticed in the past the market doesn't always...

from what i've noticed in the past the market doesn't always drive the price down to spp when it's a private placement,,,

i have seen the market drive the sp down to spp when it's a general placement though,,,(but i don't think that is the case here.)

from what "little" FA i understand this was a private placement that was over subscribed so therefore the holders of the placement stock could/should be waiting for much more profit than 10-15% and therefore could be much more interest to come,,
