I guess I didn,t want to put it that way, but your appraisal seems to be on the mark, I have been a critic of this issue price, as I, and I guess, most other s/holders would have been also, to say I am disappointed in m/ment,s decision, as to the price of this issue, would be an understatement, and also HHL,s possible manipulation to date, a re-entry around 13.5c seems plausible.
