I wonder what financial resources TKG have to sue the Hampton directors and where will all this in-fighting lead too (rich lawyers I guess).
Is Rodney fighting a lost cause? If MNC get control of Hampton they probably will make a play for the balance by attempting to takeover TKG. As MNC have 380 mill shares on issue for approx 38% of Hampton then TKG's 26.5% would be worth approx 265mill in MNC shares. That is, 4 MNC shares for each TKG share. Add a bit of a premium plus some for Namibia then an offer of 6 MNC for 1 TKG sees me selling.
If Los Calatos is really going to be as big as they feel on the MNC thread then who cares, we all will be rich, and Rodney, he will be extreemly rich.
Seem a far better option to pool resources and work towards a common goal than try to stab each other in the back.
