As you so rightly pointed out it is OUR company as shareholders. A couple of points that I believe should be pointed out to the gentleman who replied with "we are concentrating on running a company not an sp" are:-
YOU are employed in a company as a result of US investing OUR money
YOU want us US to vote for a renumeration package
I still believe that Lindian is a fair investment but when I learn more from HotCopper posts and see the company react to news provided to them rather than advising us then I am concerned about how they view their shareholders.
Should be a very interesting meeting tomorrow!
