I understand the placement shares issued to Ausdrill do not include the rights to participate in the 3 for 5 capital raising. Because the date of issuance was the 12/1/15 the placement shares do not have this right, as the shares went ex-entitlement on this date. In other words as soon as the shares moved out of suspension on 12/1/15 they were trading ex-rights. FYI I am taking up my full entitlement at 15c.
