    Capital raise is not complete yet but is looking good at this stage, they will easily raise the minimum $4m to meet the major creditors terms (GE Finance). $3.26M is underwritten by the directors. In fact the Retail 3 for 5 offer doesn't even open until this Friday 16th Jan.
