    80 million traded today.If we can get another 2 days like this the SP will be back towards 5cents soon.
    If the price can be mmanaged up to a decent level when the JV is announced we may get a day like DYL today with 3300 rades and the price should go up drastically.I have been wrong before but now with the political risk diminishing I think 20cents soon is not out of the bounds of reality.
