@The Gift and @Doc007 why don't you give Tim Lebbon a call as he can then tell what his plans will be if he is voted on to the board, why don't you guys do a bit of due diligence and cover yourselves for all eventualities. No harm can from calling Tim Lebbon. And The Gift you still have not explained why having capable and invested independent directors would cause disunity. I agree with you the new Directors do not seem very capable. Can't even organise a new email address.
The options value has not been disclosed to shareholders, this again is another oversight by our highly experienced board.
Three step process: 1) do you due diligence by calling Tim Lebbon 2) don't vote for the new directors as The Gift agrees they are not very capable 3) do not vote for the egregious and odious Resolutions 12-15
