Sally, those are positive directions and I agree the rally will find new heights---it's just a matter of when.
Nothing has changed since yesterday to persuade me to go in deep just yet.
Markets need direction and they are likely to get it by week's end.
Since the February 10 high, we've had lower highs, and support in the $31.80's.
Several mini triangles formed since the November 21 low, and breakouts have been to the upside.... Perhaps past performance is an indication of where this current triangle will break?
