Where we are today

We today are at this point because a few if not only two people had decided that they knew what was best for the people of Greenland. In what they were in need of. What was best for the people of Greenland. After many years It only makes sense that they were only being selfish. They did not want to see the mine 8 kilometers away from the top of the hill of Narsaq. They believed that they had the power to stop the process of the legal process because they were now in power. They were successful. But the rule of law has challenged them. Rules in place to safeguard due process have now risen to challenge their dismissal of the Kvanefjeld project. They now have to justify their actions and representation of their government process. The laws were in place before they did this. The arbitration courts will run it through the filters.
