    I agree with Torben M Anderson assessment in this news article. I believe it’s a much better solution for Greenland. They just don’t have the human resources to properly monitor large scale mining projects to ensure regulations and laws are being followed IMHO. I think the Greenland public will be much more receptive to smaller scale projects that comply with ACT 20.
