Interesting comments from many shareholders. Timing is of essence when managing a company such as PAR. And timing is now the reason we are in the current vulnerable predicament. We would not be in this pickle if PAR accepted partnership offers which I suspect were on the table a few years back. Unfortunately greed came into play. The trick to a successful Bio is to partner up at the right time for funding purposes.This is where PAR may have failed and now we are sitting ducks. Only way out is to give some of the farm away to a funding partnee. This will put us in a position of strength. Yes I know we will be diluted, however I suspect we will be far better off in the long run. s u rely PR is getting advice ??
