I’ve made my point about heading into a 3rd quarterly in a row in a situation where we are fast running out of cash, amidst regulatory meetings (WITH NO UPDATE) and the companies recent track history of nightmare surprises ok to the market.

1. July-Sep (promises of deals, cash position dire, snap cap raise) on last day of month (October) and then

2. a complete blowout of the January quarterly report for Oct-Dec with a 10-15 Million over spend.

AND no one seems too concerned.

We don’t want to sweep recent history under the carpet, but someone seems to want to do that and then defend it.

It’s frustrating and I feel for the retail holders whose backs are being broken by the years of heavy lifting.
