I think it comes down to one’s perspective, you think it’s greedy whilst others might consider it to be smart to take some of his investment off the table to live life at the same time.
I would have done exactly the same thing.
I also look his options from a different perspective, he has bugger all considering he is the founder of the Business. I would think that type of options strategy would have been discussed pre IPO.
I wouldn't be happy being the founder and only starting with what he did at IPO that’s for sure.
